Finishing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Finishing Manager to oversee the final phase of a Grade II listed building conversion into high-spec office space. The role involves managing all internal finishing works while ensuring compliance with heritage and conservation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all finishing trades (joinery, plastering, M&E final fix, decoration, etc.)

• Ensure high-quality finishes in line with listed building standards

• Work closely with site team, subcontractors, and heritage consultants

• Oversee snagging, quality control, and final handover

• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in finishing management on heritage or listed buildings

• Strong eye for detail and quality

• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Knowledge of conservation best practices and compliance
