Finishing Manager

We are currently seeking a Finishing Site Manager to work on a new build Residential Development based in Prescot.

You will be ensuring trades and sub-contractors are delivering on time and to the highest standards. 

Responsibilities:
• Supervise Health and Safety onsite
• Complete snagging reports
• Liaise with sub-contractors
• Supervise of labour on site
• Delivery co-ordination of materials
• Attend site meetings

You will hold SMSTS or SSSTS, along with First Aid and CSCS card.

Previous experience working on timber frame residential developments advantageous (but not essential).
