Finishing Manager

Job Opportunity: Finishing Manager - New Build Care Home
Location: Erdington, Birmingham
Duration: 6-8 Weeks
Immediate Start Available

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join a new build Care Home project in Erdington. With the structure complete, focus now shifts to managing and delivering all internal finishing works to a high standard over the next 6-8 weeks.

• Oversee and coordinate all internal trades and subcontractors
• Ensure high-quality finishes throughout bedrooms, communal areas, kitchens, and facilities
• Manage snagging, de-snagging, and final handover stages
• Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations
• Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to keep to programme

• Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or Internals Manager on care homes, residential, or similar schemes
• Excellent eye for detail and quality standards
• Confident managing multiple finishing trades (carpentry, decorating, M&E, etc.)
• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid required
