Finishing Manager

We are currently working on behalf of a key client who are looking to appoint an experienced Finishing Manager to join their on-site team on a large-scale industrial new build and refurbishment project. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finishing Manager who takes real pride in the quality of their work and has a keen eye for detail, with responsibility for driving the project through to completion and ensuring all finishing works are delivered to the highest possible standard. The Role As Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all final finishing activities across the project, working closely with the site management team, subcontractors and wider project team to ensure the development is completed to the required quality and programme. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating all finishing works across the project. Overseeing subcontractors and trades to ensure works are completed to the required standard. Carrying out regular inspections of completed works. Identifying defects and compiling detailed snagging lists. Managing the close-out of all snagging items through to completion. Ensuring all finishes are completed to a high-quality standard and within programme. Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and subcontractors to resolve outstanding issues.
