Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors on site. Oversee internal and external finishing works through to completion. Coordinate works around the steel frame structure and other site activities. Monitor progress against the programme and ensure key deadlines are met. Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure defects are identified and rectified. Coordinate snagging, completion and handover activities. Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors and other site personnel. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and health and safety requirements. Maintain a high standard of site organisation and workmanship.
