The successful candidate will have extensive fit-out experience and be confident taking control of subcontractors, programme, quality and H&S from day one. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate fit-out subcontractors and trades. Monitor programme and provide regular updates to the Project Manager. Maintain high H&S and quality standards. Coordinate with MEP teams and other trades. Ensure works are completed to client standards and ready for sign-off. Work from latest IFC drawings and assist with design coordination. Report issues and provide practical solutions. Provide a strong site presence and support the Fit Out Project Manager. Experience Required: Extensive fit-out/finishing experience. Strong subcontractor management and trade coordination skills. CSCS and SMSTS required. Excellent knowledge of H&S, quality and construction programmes.
