The successful candidate will have extensive fit-out experience and be confident taking control of subcontractors, programme, quality and HandS from day one. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate fit-out subcontractors and trades. Monitor programme and provide regular updates to the Project Manager. Maintain high HandS and quality standards. Coordinate with MEP teams and other trades. Ensure works are completed to client standards and ready for sign-off. Work from latest IFC drawings and assist with design coordination.
