This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an established and growing contractor on a well-managed new build housing site. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the final stages of the build programme, ensuring all homes are completed to a high standard, within programme deadlines, and ready for customer handover and NHBC inspections. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and previous experience delivering quality finishing works on volume housing developments. Candidates with a joinery or multi-skilled trades background would be highly desirable due to the hands-on nature of the role, although this is not essential.
