Your new company Hays NI are currently representing an established NI-based Building and Engineering contractor who are seeking to add an experienced Finishing Foreperson to their team. Fermanagh, initially on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating trades, and supervising subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed to specification, on time, and in line with health and safety standards. You will be responsible for maintaining quality control, and to ensure compliance with building regulations and client requirements.
