Finishing Foreman

Finishing Foreman required to work on a new build residential development based in Reading, Berkshire. Development is 17 houses, Ten 3 bedroom and seven 4 bed. Assist with snagging, handovers, and customer care processes. Preparing plots for CML. Maintain accurate site records and reporting documentation. Help manage materials, deliveries, and site logistics Experience working on new-build housing developments. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced construction environment. Proactive approach with strong attention to detail. Finishing Foreman will need: CSCS Card SSSTS/SMSTS Would be preferred.
