This is an excellent opportunity to join a Tier 1 contractor, managing site internals and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme over a 6 to 8 month project. Key Duties Reporting to the Site/Project Manager, you''ll take ownership of the finishing phase, managing trades, sequencing the works, and holding subcontractors to the standard the client expects. Day to day you will: manage and coordinate finishing trades on site; drive quality control and lead the snagging and de-snagging process through to handover; monitor progress against programme and report on the finishing package; ensure all works are delivered to specification and on time; and uphold health & safety standards across your areas What We Offer Project starting end of July 6 to 8 months of work available.
