I''m working with a national PLC developer who is looking for a Finishing Foreman to join their team in Hertfordshire. The essentials: Start: ASAP Duration: 2 months (potential for extension - multi-phased project) Rate: 225 per day CIS ( 25 per hour, 9 hours per day) The role: Creating and managing snag lists for both private and HA units Sending emails to subcontractors to request completion of outstanding items Ensuring all final works are closed out to a high standard Who we need: A Finishing Foreman with proven experience on new build residential schemes Someone organised, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with site teams and subcontractors Current CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are ideal, CSCS as a minimum.Please apply with an updated CV and I shall be in touch with people with the right experience. ..... full job details .....
