We are seeking a Finishing Supervisor to manage internal and external finishing works, control finishing trades, close snagging, and ensure apartments/healthcare/pharma spaces are delivered to programme and to a high-quality handover standard. Core responsibilities Coordinate finishing trades including carpentry, joinery, drylining, painting, tiling, flooring, kitchens, wardrobes, doors, ironmongery and final fit-out. Manage subcontractors and daily work fronts to achieve programme, safety, quality and handover milestones. Carry out snagging inspections, maintain snag lists and drive timely close-out. Coordinate with Site Manager, Project Manager, design team and subcontractors on sequencing, interfaces and material readiness. Maintain inspection records, progress reporting and handover documentation. Protect quality standards in high-volume residential, healthcare or internal architectural finishes environments.
