The Role Supervising reactive remedial and finishing works across the hospital. Managing and coordinating trades and subcontractors. Overseeing plastering, drylining, decorating, joinery, flooring, ceilings, tiling and general making-good. Managing snagging and defect rectification.Coordinating multiple reactive jobs and prioritising urgent works. Liaising with the hospital Estates/Facilities Management team. Ensuring works are completed in accordance with RAMS, specifications and client requirements.
