The ideal individual would have relevant experience in a similar position for a construction main contractor and have relevant tickets. Key Requirements: Valid in-date tickets: CSCS & First Aid Ideally but not needed; SSSTS/SMSTS Proven Finishing Foreman experience working on a similar construction-project. Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Key Duties: Supervising all finishing trades, including carpentry, decorating, flooring, tiling, drylining, ceilings, mastic, and final fix M&E.
