About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finishing Foreman to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the final stages of construction projects, ensuring all finishing works meet high standards of quality, safety, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate finishing trades on site (e.g. carpentry, painting, tiling, flooring, decorating).

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.

• Work closely with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.

• Conduct regular quality checks and snagging processes.

• Resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in residential or commercial construction.

• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction methods.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.

• Relevant qualifications and certifications-CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS, or SSSTS-
