Finishing Foreman

Finishing Foreman – Kensington - 40 New Build Flats

Our client is are Main Developer in and around London, and they are looking for a Finishing Foreman to join their team who will attend site, laise with customers and resolve defects.

Duties for a Finishing Foreman:

• Assisting the Site Manager

• Finishing 

• Liaising with customers

• Managing sub-contractors 

• Taking plots from finals to CMLs 

Qualifications needed:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• MUST HAVE experience in New Build Flats
