Finishing Foreman

My client, a smaller house builder, are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for an upcoming residential project in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee finishing trades on a high-quality development of seven townhouses and a one-bedroom flat. As a Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for managing all finishing activities on-site, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards, within schedule, and in compliance with health and safety regulations. You will coordinate trades, oversee quality, and liaise with the site team to keep the project running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Liaising with colleagues and clients Overseeing project schedules and ensuring works are completed on time and budget Supervising subcontractors Reporting progress to the project management team Resolving any issues that arise The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential construction schemes Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to work independently and efficiently manage trades Excellent communication skills ..... full job details .....
