This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established contractor delivering kitchen upgrades in occupied and void social housing properties.The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all finishing and snagging works following kitchen installations, ensuring properties are completed to a high standard before handover.Your new role Completing snagging lists following kitchen installations.Adjusting kitchen units, doors, hinges, plinths, and worktops.Carrying out minor joinery, patch repairs, and finishing works.Making good around newly installed kitchens.Silicone sealing, mastic work, and general finishing tasks.Replacing damaged fixtures and fittings where required.Conducting quality checks to ensure completed works meet required standards.Working within occupied social housing properties whilst maintaining excellent customer service.Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.What you''ll need to succeed Previous experience as a Finisher, Snagger, Multi-Skilled Operative...
