This is an ongoing contract role focused on putting the final, high-quality touches on homes before they are handed over to buyers. If you have a sharp eye for detail, take pride in a flawless finish, and can turn your hand to multiple finishing trades, this long-term position is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out snagging and finishing works across new build plots. Performing high-quality patch plastering and wall repairs. Internal painting and decorating to ensure a pristine finish. Applying neat, professional mastic/silicone sealing in kitchens, bathrooms, and around fixtures. Correcting any defects or minor damage left behind by regular trades prior to final handover. What We Are Looking For: Proven experience as a Finisher, Snagging Hand, or Multi-Trade Operative on new build housing sites. Strong competency in patch plastering, painting, and masticing.
