Key Responsibilities: Working from master snagging lists to complete final internal and external defect rectifications. Minor Joinery: Adjusting doors, ironmongery, kitchen units, skirting, and architraves. Finishing Touches: Applying high-quality mastic/silicone seals in kitchens and bathrooms. Making Good: Carrying out minor plaster patching and paint touch-ups where needed. Ensuring all plots are safe, clean, and completely defect-free ahead of customer handovers.
