Job Title: Finisher / PolisherLocation: SheffieldSalary: 14.43 - 14.97 + Shift AllowanceHours: Rotating Shifts6:00am - 2:00pm2:00pm - 10:00pmEarly finish on Fridays (6-hour shift)Overview:We are recruiting for a Finisher / Polisher to join a well-established manufacturing business in Sheffield. This role is ideal for someone with a strong manufacturing background who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes and working to precise standards.Key Responsibilities:Finishing and polishing metal components to a high standardWorking with steel and other alloys to remove imperfections and achieve required finishesUsing hand tools, polishing equipment, and machineryInspecting parts to ensure they meet quality and specification standardsReading and working from engineering drawings where requiredMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environmentWorking effectively as part of a team to meet production targetsRequirements:Previous experience in a finishing, polishing, or manufacturing roleBackground within a manufacturing environment (essential)Experience working with steel (highly desirable)Good attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to work rotating shiftsReliable, hardworking, and team-orientedAbout UsWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
