Working alongside the site management team and main sub-contractors, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cosmetic finishing, patching, and snagging work across timber frame and traditional brickwork residential plots prior to handover. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out high-standard concrete patching, render repair, and blockwork cosmetic finishing. Snagging, patching, and making good walls, lintels, sills, and external brickwork/render. Repairing damaged edges, steps, and concrete slabs across active plots. Working closely with the Assistant Site Manager to clear quality control snag lists efficiently. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with site health and safety standards. Requirements: Valid CSCS Card (Essential - Blue Skilled Worker card preferred).
