We are seeking an experienced tradesperson to join a busy new build housing site in Newcastle for an ongoing contract role. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in handing over a flawless product and wants the security of long-term work on a well-managed residential development. The Role: Carrying out high-quality internal patching, dry-lining repairs, and plaster touch-ups. Making good walls, ceilings, and woodwork ahead of the final decoration stage. Completing final internal snagging lists, including minor joinery adjustments and mastic/silicone sealing in kitchens and bathrooms. Identifying and rectifying defects quickly to meet strict customer handover deadlines. Working closely with the Site Manager to maintain quality control across the development. What You''ll Need: Valid CSCS Card (Skilled Worker card preferred). Proven experience as a patcher, finisher, or snagging handyman on new build housing sites.
