We are looking for an experienced tradesperson to join a new build housing site in Middlesbrough for an ongoing contract role. This is a long-term position focused on the final stages of the build, ensuring every plot is handed over to the client and homeowners in "show-home" condition. Key Responsibilities: Completing final internal snagging lists to a high standard. Adjusting doors, ironmongery, and kitchen units. Fixing minor timber defects, skirting, and architrave touch-ups. Mastic/silicone application to kitchens and bathrooms. Identifying and rectifying defects to ensure plots are "customer-ready." Working closely with the Site Manager to meet strict handover deadlines. What You''ll Need: Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker card preferred).
