Finisher / Handyman

Are you a detail-oriented finisher with a high standard of workmanship? We are looking for an experienced tradesperson to join a new build housing site in Middlesbrough for an ongoing contract role.This is a long-term position focused on the final stages of the build, ensuring every plot is handed over to the client and homeowners in "show-home" condition.Key Responsibilities:Completing final internal snagging lists to a high standard.Adjusting doors, ironmongery, and kitchen units.Fixing minor timber defects, skirting, and architrave touch-ups.Mastic/silicone application to kitchens and bathrooms.Identifying and rectifying defects to ensure plots are "customer-ready."Working closely with the Site Manager to meet strict handover deadlines.What You''ll Need:Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker card preferred).Proven experience in finishing and snagging on new build housing sites.A full suite of your own tools (including cordless kit and fine finishing tools).A keen eye for detail-you must be able to spot and fix the small things that others miss.Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots).Reliability and a professional manner when working on-site.Apply: If you are available for an immediate start, and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you!
