One to One Personnel is proud to offer an excellent opportunity with a well-established company based in Burnt Mills, Basildon. We’re currently recruiting for a Finisher to join their busy Finishing Department.

About the Role

As a Finisher, you’ll play a key part in the final stage of the moulding process, preparing components for powder coating. This hands-on role involves:

•        Using hand tools to inspect and repair moulding faults

•        Applying fillers and sanding to ensure a smooth finish

•        Working on your feet throughout the day in a fast-paced, repetitive     environment

Job Responsibilities

You will we be using hand tools and trained to inspect, identify and repair moulding faults using fillers and sanding equipment.

Like most factory work you will be on your feet for most of the day and it can be quite repetitive, but the role is ongoing and offers regular wages that are on a weekly basis.

What you’ll need

We are looking for some who has worked in a production environment before and someone who is used to factory work. Above all you will be reliable, conscientious, punctual and able to work full time.
