FINEX Producing Broker - Facultative

Description We are seeking a commercially focused FINEX Producing Broker to join our Global Facultative team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing our Financial and Executive Risks portfolio, developing new client opportunities and building relationships across the London and international markets. Working closely with clients, brokers and insurers, you will combine your FINEX expertise with a commercial approach to identify new opportunities, develop tailored solutions and support the continued growth of the business. This position offers exposure to a broad range of international business and the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues and market partners across a global network. The Role: Business Development and Client Engagement Develop and grow new and existing FINEX business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, brokers and insurance markets. Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and generate new revenue. Develop a strong understanding of client needs and work with colleagues to deliver appropriate solutions. Contribute to client pitches, proposals and wider business development activity. Support the development of longer-term client and prospect relationships. Market and Placement Work closely with broking colleagues to develop effective placement and risk transfer solutions.
