Our client, a specialist fine art logistics company, is looking for a dedicated Fine Art Warehouse Operative to join their team handling high-value artwork and personal effects.This isn''t your typical warehouse role - they don''t pick and pack parcels. Their operatives work with irreplaceable fine art, antiques, and valuable collections that require exceptional care, skill, and attention to detail every single day.Location: Royston, Hertfordshire Hours: 45-hour contract with split shift patterns (either 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm)Salary: £13-14 per hour depending on experienceWhat You''ll Be DoingSafely handling, moving, packing, and storing high-value fine art and personal effects with extreme care and precisionSupporting the Warehouse Manager and team with daily operations and project coordinationManaging warehouse inventory through digital systems - booking items in/out and maintaining accurate recordsConducting condition checks, audits, and reporting on valuable itemsEnsuring optimal space utilisation and warehouse layout efficiencyMaintaining the highest standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and security protocolsAssisting with client viewings and providing excellent customer serviceCollaborating with coordinators to resolve queries and investigate discrepanciesTraining and inducting new team membersWhat Our Client is Looking ForEssential:Full UK driving ..... full job details .....
