The Role

Were seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Freight Coordinator to manage international air freight and courier shipments from the UK, with a focus on export operations. This is a key role within the logistics team, ensuring that goods are moved efficiently, compliantly, and on time with a strong focus on high-value merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

Handle export (90%) and import (10%) shipments via courier and air cargo

Prepare and manage UK customs declarations (free circulation, bonded, and temporary admissions)

Liaise with international agents and logistics partners

Monitor and report on shipments via internal tools and shared platforms

Resolve freight issues and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery

Collaborate with warehouse and customer teams to ensure operational excellence

Drive improvements in freight and customs processes

Key requirements

2+ years of experience managing air cargo and courier shipments (e.g., DHL, FedEx)

Strong knowledge of UK export customs procedures

Excellent communication skills in English

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Bonus: experience in art logistics or working in a startup
