Finance Manager 45,000pa, 36 days leave, Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5pm, Pension, Parking, Site Based, Company Well Being Events Due to continued success, a head office location of a niche supply chain global organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join them. You will provide key operational and financial support across the business: Lead and manage the day-to-day finance function.Produce monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets.Deliver meaningful financial analysis and KPI reporting to support business performance.Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital requirements.Oversee purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll, and credit control activities.Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with external accountants and auditors.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.Support commercial decision-making through robust financial modelling and analysis.Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and efficiencies.Partner with operational departments to drive profitability and cost control.Manage year-end processes and support strategic business planning.Motivate, lead and manage a small Finance TeamProvide operational support to business and management team as and when required.Some international travel will be required We would expect the successful Finance Manager to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of the finance function for a SME business, be an excellent ..... full job details .....
