Financial and Management Accountant - Corporate London Permanent A leading, privately owned UK property and urban regeneration business is seeking a Financial and Management Accountant to join its corporate finance team in London. This is a broad and commercially focused role, offering responsibility across financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial controls. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and reporting of a number of group entities and will work closely with senior stakeholders across the wider business. Key responsibilities Prepare year-end management accounts and statutory financial statements. Lead audit processes and act as a key contact for external auditors. Support quarterly management reporting and monthly financial dashboards. Oversee financial ledgers, including journal review and approvals. Support annual budgets, budget journals and reporting for budget holders. Manage monthly cash flow, fees and capital call processes. Prepare cash flow budgets and financial analysis.
