Our team is expanding, we are looking for two Financial Wellbeing Advisers to champion financial wellbeing in our community. What You''ll Be Doing Delivering practical, outcome-focused advice on a range of financial wellbeing and resilience topics, including, debt, income maximisation, budgeting and energy efficiency advice, to support residents navigating cost-of-living challenges. Empowering people via 1-to-1 appointments, phone channels, home visits, and interactive group education sessions in schools, colleges and the community. Championing financial inclusion across Swindon by helping to build and maintain community partnerships and spotlighting unfair social issues through national campaigns. Gaining industry-recognised qualifications and training, including the City and Guilds NEA Level 3 Energy Awareness and the Citizens Advice Adviser Training programme.
