Financial Services Trainer (Financial Planning/Services)

My client is a leading provider of education and training in the Financial Services Sector and they have an exciting opportunity for a former Financial Planning/Services Professional to join their existing team as a Trainer.Please note this role is entirely remote, working from home.The ideal candidate for this role would be a Financial Adviser/Planner, Paraplanner or Senior Technical Administrator who is either chartered, level 4 qualified or holds a number of CII qualifications.The key responsibilities are to: You will plan and prepare schemes of work, lessons, and sessionsYou will teach across a range of financial services qualification types(CII / LIBF) and levels, online and at employer sitesYou will research and develop new topics, courses and teaching materials, especially online resourcesYou will teach individuals and small groups of learners from a range of backgrounds, abilities, and agesYou will monitor, assess and mark learner''s work (please note you will have the support of a qualified and experienced assessor with your allotted group of learners)You will maintain accurate records and monitor learners'' progressYou will set and oversee examinations and liaise with assessment organisations to ensure quality standards are metYou will carry out pastoral support as a tutor and mentor to learnersYou will conduct reviews and tutorials on a one-to-one basis with learners and together with employersYou will plan additional support requirements for learnersYou will ..... full job details .....
