This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to lead a high-performing financial services function, overseeing income management, rent accounting, cashflow, payroll controls, tax compliance and financial reporting within a complex organisation. Working closely with senior finance leaders, treasury colleagues and operational stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring robust financial controls, delivering accurate financial information, and supporting continuous improvement across the finance function. Financial Services Lead - Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the Financial Services team, providing day-to-day management, coaching and development of finance staff Oversee income management, cash collection, credit control, rent accounting and creditor payment processes Manage daily and medium-term cashflow forecasting, working closely with Treasury to support funding requirements and surplus cash investments Ensure all balance sheet reconciliations, control accounts and general ledger processes are maintained accurately and on a timely basis Support the preparation of statutory accounts and regulatory returns for group entities Oversee payroll controls and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with pension and statutory ..... full job details .....
