This could be just what you''re looking for!We''re working with a growing financial services business looking for a detail-focused Income Manager with previous experience in income management, finance administration or commission reconciliation to take ownership of income tracking, commission reconciliation and reporting. You''ll play an important role in ensuring income is accurately recorded, payments are reconciled and any discrepancies are investigated and resolved.Salary - 31,200- 45,760 FTE, depending on experience, or 18,712- 27,456 per annum for a three-day week.20-25 hours per week, with flexibility around working arrangements.Key responsibilities for the Income Manager include,Monitoring and reconciling adviser commissions, provider payments, client fees and recurring incomeInvestigating discrepancies and following up with providers to resolve outstanding paymentsManaging income workflows, records and pipelines within Intelligent Office (IO)Producing accurate income and management reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsMaintaining clear audit trails and ensuring income processes meet company procedures and FCA requirementsBuilding strong working relationships with advisers, administrators, ..... full job details .....
