As we scale our business, this will initially befocused exclusively on business development, identifying and acquiring new customers in the FS industry, from both your own network and leveraging colleagues and sales tools. As the business grows, you will combine business development with strategy and relationship management. The challenge over the next 18-36months is to scale the business, and you will be a key part of this.

You will face into the market as a senior leader representing Zühlke, being empowered to nurture relationships and create opportunities, drawing on support from the global team. Our goal is to sustainably expand our financial services customer base, by elevating awareness of our brand, developing impactful propositions that meet client needs, and getting the market excited about Zühlke.How you’ll make an impact•

As a market maker, you will identify and approach prospects with the aim ofgenerating leads and creating new business opportunities. Your focus is onsecuring successful closures of significant deals.•

As a networker, you build and nurture strong relationships within targetmarkets, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. Your ability to maintain andleverage high-value connections is central to your role. As an ambassador, yourepresent Zühlke at events, conferences, and within associations, as well asacross online platforms. By effectively communicating Zühlke’s valuepropositions, you enhance market presence and strengthen the company’sreputation.•

As a market strategist, you stay attuned to industry trends and challenges,driving impactful campaigns into the market. You ensure Zühlke’s offeringsremain relevant and align sales efforts with the broader business strategy.What’s important to us• Network - You have an active network within the UK FS sector. In particular, youare well connected with decision-makers in IT and digital transformation withinthe financial services sector.• Market understanding - You possess a strong understanding of the needs andchallenges of the industry. You can articulate your views and perspectives in acompelling way with C-suite and decision makes/buyers. You can have aspecialist focus towards banking, or insurance, or wealth/asset management, butat least a base understanding of all parts of the sector.• Performance under pressure – you thrive under the pressure of a sales target,understand the importance of being disciplined in approaching businessdevelopment, and can demonstrate how you have built sales pipeline andconverted opportunities.• Proven complex sales skills – You bring experience in consultative selling ofmanagement consulting services, you can bring this to life, explain an approachand method end to end, and have war stories to evidence your experience.• Tech-savvy – You have a keen interest in technology and

implementation-relatedissues in the Banking industry.• Fluent Communication in English – You are proficient in both written and verbalcommunication.• University Degree - You hold a degree in technology or a related field (desirablebut not essential)What we offerWork life blend:
