Financial Services and Funds Paralegal

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services and Funds Paralegal to join a specialist legal team advising clients across the financial services and investment management sectors.The role will focus primarily on regulated funds, providing exposure to UK authorised funds and a range of regulatory and transactional matters. You will work closely with experienced lawyers, clients and regulators, gaining valuable experience within a highly regarded financial services practice.This role would suit a paralegal looking to develop their career within financial services, funds or regulatory law, with strong opportunities to build technical knowledge and progress towards qualification.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with all aspects of UK authorised funds, including establishment, changes, mergers and closures.Supporting ongoing fund-related queries and client matters.Preparing FCA applications and notification forms.Reviewing and processing amendments to fund documentation, particularly distribution agreements.Preparing investor circulars and related documentation.Liaising with clients and the FCA.Supporting fee earners with their day-to-day legal work.Conducting legal and factual research where required.Maintaining accurate records and documentation.Assisting with wider administrative and legal tasks across the team.About YouStrong academic background, ideally with good A Level results and a minimum 2:1 degree.At least one year of previous paralegal experience within a ..... full job details .....
