Overview

PwC''s Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) team sits within our wider Financial Services Tax team. The team focuses on assisting alternative investment fund managers with services across the manager, the key people, the funds, investors and investments. While the team is UK based, much of the work is international, offering opportunities to collaborate with the wider PwC AIF network.As a Senior Manager you will work as part of a team to provide high-quality advisory and compliance services to a portfolio of UK and multinational clients. You will work on a range of AIF clients, covering strategies including Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Hedge Funds and Real Estate. You will develop your skills, work with experienced Partners and Directors, and apply your technical skills in a stimulating environment.What Your Days Will Look Like

The alternative investment funds industry is dynamic, technically demanding and involves large, complex international projects as well as UK tax matters.You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and advising on issues covering the manager/advisor, the fund, the fund executives, the investors, the investments and tax reporting.You will work closely with other parts of the business, including the wider Financial Services Tax team and Deals tax and international PwC member firms.You will manage client teams and coach and support junior members of the team, encouraging everyone to contribute and share opinions.You will contribute to the growth of the team through developing junior members and through marketing activities and thought leadership.This Role Is For You If

You have experience of working with alternative investment fund managers.You are interested in building relationships directly with senior client leadership and founders, owning day-to-day deliverables and managing and developing junior team members.You are commercially and operationally proactive and agile, keen to work in a fast-paced environment with support from Partners and Directors.You enjoy meeting new people, working with clients who are developing their business and exploring new ideas.You have a UK accounting, tax or legal qualification (or an international equivalent).What You’ll Receive From Us
