About the role: We are seeking a highly organised and detail focused Administrator to support the effective handling and maintenance of customer cases, account updates, and business critical correspondence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, and strong adherence to process while managing a variety of administrative tasks within strict timelines. Key responsibilities include; Case Management & Workflow Support: Manually review cases to ensure they are assigned to the correct workflow step. Add or remove blocks on customer accounts in line with internal instructions. Add clear, concise customer notes to cases to maintain accurate records.
