The Financial Services Administrator will be supporting the Financial Advisers on a daily basis with clients pensions and investment admin. The role can be office based or hybrid working. Salary : -30-32K Financial Services Admin duties: Support the financial services team with all pensions/investment admin and compliance processing Updating the in-house systems and compliance files Submit the online pension and investment info on the portals Issue documents to clients including post sales letters and plan schedules Any other admin duties requested and also produce ongoing service reports Liaise regularly with the pension / investment providers Skills and experience: Proven experience working in a similar Financial Services Administration - Pensions or Investment Admin, support role within financial services Excellent communication and IT skills Knowledge of financial services, specifically pension providers and products/portals Permanent
