The company is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and can offer a degree of flexibility around working arrangements for the right individual.The RoleAs a Financial Services Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across the business, assisting with client servicing, report preparation and the implementation of financial advice.Key responsibilities will include:Preparing client valuation reports and meeting packs Supporting the preparation of suitability reports and associated documentation Submitting applications and processing client instructions (e.g. fund switches, withdrawals) Liaising with providers and platforms to track and progress business Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records Assisting advisers with pre- and post-meeting administration Providing general administrative support to the wider team About YouThe ideal candidate will have experience within financial planning or a broader financial services environment.
