About The Role Delivering advice and advocacy in a variety of community settings, you will provide casework on debt, along with housing and welfare benefits, ensuring that quality assurance and standards are met in all areas and that you keep your own knowledge up to date. Identifying systemic issues by gathering evidence and developing insight will be crucial to bringing about the change we need, as well as working with a variety of stakeholders, building relationships locally and working collaboratively to achieve shared outcomes.
