We are working closely with a leading, high-growth business in Rotherham to recruit a talented Financial Reporting Manager to join their finance team.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial strategy, ensuring robust reporting, and driving continuous improvement within a forward-thinking organisation.As Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering accurate and timely insights to support business decisions.Key responsibilities include:Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirementsManaging the external audit process and liaising with auditorsProviding technical accounting guidance across the businessDriving improvements in reporting processes and controlsSupporting senior stakeholders with financial analysis and strategic insightThis role will suit a proactive and detail oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.You will ideally have:A recognised accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Strong technical accounting knowledgeProven experience in financial reporting and / or auditExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsA continuous improvement mindset with demonstrable analytical abilityWhat''s on Offer?Salary up to £65,000 + packageHybrid working optionsClear ..... full job details .....
