Financial Reporting Manager Remote Financial Services An impressive financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join its UK finance function. This is a key leadership role responsible for statutory, regulatory and governance reporting across multiple UK-regulated legal entities. You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality, accurate and timely financial reporting, while leading audit coordination and supporting capital management activities. The Role Leading the UK Group Reporting team and overseeing delivery of accurate financial reporting outputsCoordinating the end-to-end statutory audit process, working closely with internal SMEs and external auditorsEnsuring timely submission of annual statutory accountsManaging quarterly and annual regulatory reporting, including Solvency IISupporting capital planning and forecastingPreparing technical accounting papers for new business initiatives and complex transactionsPresenting financial statements and key reporting outputs to internal governance committeesManaging relationships with senior stakeholders up to board level About You ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualifiedStrong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRSProven experience coordinating statutory audit processesSolid understanding of Solvency II regulatory reportingAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilityExperience managing and developing team membersExperience preparing consolidated financial statements This is an excellent ..... full job details .....
