You''ll provide insights, ensure compliance, and report to senior stakeholders including the Board, Audit Committee, and regulators.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and manage the reporting team, driving performance and engagementOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and regulatory reportingEnsure compliance with IFRS 4, HGB, UK GAAP, and Solvency UK/II requirementsDeliver analysis of results against plan and forecast, addressing key queriesMaintain strong risk management and control frameworksRespond to regulatory changes and ensure ongoing complianceBuild effective relationships across Finance, Actuarial, and external stakeholdersSupport capital modelling and related reportingAbout YouACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with significant post-qualified experienceBackground in financial services, ideally insurance.Strong leadership and team management skillsIn-depth knowledge of regulatory and accounting frameworksExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProactive, detail-focused, and confident challenging the status ..... full job details .....
