Financial Reporting Manager Pro Finance is partnering with a leading professional services firm seeking a qualified Financial Reporting Manager to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practice professional with strong statutory accounts and consolidation experience to take on a varied role combining technical delivery, client management, and team leadership. The Role You''ll be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting services while supporting and developing junior team members. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review statutory accounts under IFRS and UK GAAP. Manage complex group consolidations and technical accounting matters. Review financial statements and supporting working papers. Act as a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Support workflow management, coaching, and development of junior staff. Drive process improvements and help maintain reporting quality standards. About You ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified. Strong experience preparing and reviewing statutory accounts within practice. Solid knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP. Experience of group consolidations and financial reporting. Strong communication, organisation, and client management skills.
