The role will ensure compliance with accounting standards, maintain a robust control environment, support audit activities and drive continuous improvements across reporting processes. Your new role Lead, develop and mentor a small Financial Reporting team. Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes. Oversee the preparation of management accounts and financial reporting packs. Coordinate the production of statutory accounts in line with IFRS and/or UK GAAP. Ensure balance sheet integrity through review of reconciliations, journals, accruals and prepayments. Act as the key contact for external and internal auditors. Maintain strong financial controls and governance processes. Provide financial analysis and reporting to support senior management decision-making.
