Elevate Search is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a successful and well-established business to recruit an experienced Financial Reporting Manager.Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded finance professional to join a business during an exciting period of growth and transformation.This is a pivotal leadership role combining technical accounting expertise with people management. You''ll take ownership of financial reporting, statutory accounts, external audit, financial controls and compliance whilst leading, mentoring and developing a sizeable finance team.Managing up to 12 finance professionals across multiple disciplines, you''ll play a key role in developing capability, driving performance and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
