Financial Reporting Manager Basingstoke - Hybrid Full-time, Permanent Competitive Salary 1to1 Group are partnering with a long-standing client in Basingstoke to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager. The role will be responsible for the month-end reporting cycle, management accounts, group reporting submissions, balance-sheet integrity, statutory reporting support and reporting controls. Partnering closely with the Financial Controller, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality month-end and Group reporting. They will identify and escalate significant reporting risks, control issues, and audit matters, while leading initiatives to enhance financial controls and reporting processes. The role will also provide clear interpretation of financial results, enabling informed decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the month-end close timetable, reporting checklist and delivery of monthly management accounts. Produce high-quality management accounts, board and stakeholder reporting packs, including meaningful variance analysis against budget, forecast, prior month and prior year. Own the balance-sheet control framework, ensuring all material accounts are reconciled, reviewed, evidenced and resolved promptly. Assist the financial reporting elements of budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles.
